Modlingua is hiring German speaking candidates for one the leading IT companies based in Gurgaon. The company is involved in Enterprise Contract management. They are hosted on AWS utilizing Arora, Redshift, Lambda and are built on Java, C#, Golang, Angular, MongoDB and Postgres.  The works in the field of data management and uses Elastic Search, Lucene, Solr and other Big Data technologies by ingesting a large volume of machine data, support data, and complex enterprise data sets. We rely on NLP (coreNLP), Neuralnets and Machine Learning technologies to improve operational efficiency and for predictive analysis.

Responsibilities:

• To work with the SirionLabs Account Teams to implement, measure and report contract extraction performance against set quality controls and standards.
• Partner with the account contract management team to understand business requirements to implement contract meta-data and obligation extraction business rules and interpretive guidance
• Assist setting up new supplier contracts as part of implementation activities and onboarding activities on Sirion, the SaaS platform of SirionLabs.
• Prepare periodic reports, trackers, and documents.
• Validate service level/performance reports of IT / ADM contracts submitted by the supplier.
• Analyze service level reports for trends, continuous improvement, and annual reset.
• Calculate performance credit and earn backs based on Service Levels.
• Analyze invoice data against PO, SOW, WO, Budget.
• Understanding base charges, ARC/RRC, Pass-through, Milestones.
• Create spend pool trackers, financial analysis and planning reports.
• Ensure all Sirion reporting and dashboard accurately represent supplier/ customer data.
• Interact with global clients and supplier for completing various task/request

Note: This is a hands-on role with significant demands on teaming, though performing responsibilities at an individual capacity. There may be limited opportunities of people management responsibilities

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience in contract management, contract compliance domain; exposure to global outsourcing contracts is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in managing performance reports of IT contract.
• Knowledge of outsourcing industry including IT infrastructure, Including helpdesk, software development & BPO/KPO.
• Process-oriented – ability to learn new processes and contribute to various disciplines of supplier governance.

• Prior experience in managing financial reporting of IT / ADM contract
• Communication skills – ability to interact comfortably on the teleconference and through mails with client personnel, client service provider and account management team. English and German (C2, C1)
• Proven ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) at all levels. English and German (C2, C1)
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent business judgment.
• Ability to bring the consultative thing and value propositions to the clients based on transactional service delivery

Educational Qualification:

Graduate, Post Graduate

German Language - Formal Certification – C2, C1
