Shubham Singh

My name is Shubham Singh, as of now, I have just completed my second year in my German Major from Amity  University.  I’ve already cleared a B1 level in German. I am pursuing  B.a.(h) in the German language. I have had some experience in teaching German to young school students as well as college students who have German as their secondary subject. As of now, my main focus is on German Studies and I also intend to do Masters for the same. I believe that it is necessary to be a well-rounded personality in order to survive in this competitive world. Hence, I want to explore all areas along with my knowledge of German so that I can use my potential and skills in a better way. I have also volunteered at NGO ’s, who works for the education of slum area children's. It is called – Being social – ek nayi shuruat.  I had worked with them for six months.

Career Goals

My interest in learning new languages and cultures is gross. I have always been an inquisitive learner and enthusiast when it comes to learning a new language. I have learned Spanish as my FBL.   Now I’m pursuing German Studies at the University. Hence my decision to choose language as my major (German) helped me to have a vision of a different culture than my own, have a better understanding of a different Land and people. It is an always an interesting thing to learn something new which is just totally different from your daily routine and your whole culture.

My aim in life is to gain more and more experience, which I can utilize for a better result. I do not have interest in becoming rich, I just have one aim for my life,  experience everything. If given a chance to be part of Modlingua,  I shall work to my fullest potential and prove to be an asset to the company.
