In my first three weeks as an intern at Modlingua, I have learned various aspects of digital marketing and translation in detail. During the initial days, I have studied the AIDA Model, a hierarchical model, which proposes that marketing needs to accomplish several tasks in order to move the consumer through a series of steps from brand awareness to action (purchase). I have expanded my knowledge about Artificial intelligence which is prominent in modern digital marketing techniques. These are the few of the many videos that I have watched. Modlingua helped me in clearing my perception of entrepreneurship and translation business. Apart from this, I have promoted the videos and articles of Modlingua on different social media platforms like LinkedIn and WhatsApp regularly. I have shared my views on the video in the comment section. I have also contributed to bringing in the subscribers for the modlingua's youtube channel to meet the set targets. I have also attended webinars conducted by Ravi sir and my fellow interns on the topic like "how to become a content writer", "basics of translation and interpretation", etc which turned out to be very productive. To conclude this, I want to say that I have learned about the interpretation world to a great extent and looking forward to learning more.

It is rightly said that the expert in anything was once a beginner. It has been nearly 20 days of my internship at Modlingua and I can say without a doubt that the onset of my career, thanks to this institution, has been a complete break-through.  Within this short period, I have learned diverse skills and gained oodles of knowledge, ranging from networking to establishing my digital footprint and acquired values like confidence, believing in myself, and grasped professionalism.

The first and foremost lesson for me was the salient role of translators in building the economy, that interpreters too are entrepreneurs and risk-takers. This thought, provoked me, to re-think my prior decision of becoming a teacher as there are multitudes of opportunities in the translation field as well. It was empowering to know the critical contribution of this community in nation-building.

 Next, with the webinar on ants and networking, and being bestowed with the opportunity of associating with people from all over the world, I understood the importance of networking. One cannot emphasize enough the impact of reaching out to people and forming relations. With this, I picked up the ability to engage with people without fear. I noticed myself being more self-assured.

Then, coming to technicalities of the marketing world, Modlingua has helped me discover a good deal of terms and techniques like the AIDA model, the concept of cold calling, push vs. pull market, ROAD map strategy, fundamentals of online marketing and so on. These concepts now allow me to better promote myself and Modlingua. With the aid of various articles, videos, and especially webinars, I have new-found knowledge of notions like boss vs. leader, learning a foreign language quickly, learning from wolf packs, tips on public speaking and leadership, etc. The chance of presenting such webinars and making a place on the youtube channel is an exceptional one. The golden words and wisdom of our mentors and guests have been very much conducive to our growth. 

Concluding here, I will simply say that my time here has been enriching and educating. I sincerely thank Modlingua for their intitiative of guiding and counseling upcoming language professionals.
