Team work for ants and translators

I will talk about how the basics of the teamwork among ants can affect us as translators. As we all know ants depend in their life on cooperation to do their work successfully and to get and save their food in a great way. The work of ants shows us how they move step by step in collaboration and discipline to achieve their goal.

Surly ants are divided into groups. Each group has a specific role to carry out, but all groups work under the supervision of their leader. This leader has the right to direct them and give them some instructions to follow. The rest members should respect that and carry out it for the service of the all.

We feel that they work in an organized networking and a clear community which lead to success in the end. If any ant feels a danger, it will inform the other to take care and change their path. If any of them finds food for example, it also will inform the other to cooperate and get the aim together.

From their life, we can conclude that they cannot live or work in an isolation. Their life has a lot of patience to achieve the desired goal. They form a great shape which show us how they form a huge networking to achieve their purposes.

If we apply the style of the ants’ work on translators, we will find that teamwork is the basic of success in any developed country. If we search on any field of work like industry, commerce, sports, as well translation, we should find the cooperation is the main basis to develop in the work and the whole life.

For translators, we can note that they should work as a team who has his leader and other members. The leader should direct the members and organize their relations and dealings. And the members should follow some main steps in the work to achieve an effective participation and a fruitful cooperation.

Translators should work together to achieve involvement, harmony, and regularity. If every translator does their work and seeks to make the final picture of the work in a creative way, I think this will help them to finish the task quickly, easily and accurately. Thus will encourage them to work with each other to avoid the failure and it will encourage the employers to trust them.

Also, ants can teach translators some principles to involve in work well. These principles are flexibility, adaptation, trust, wisdom and taking the responsibility. Like ants, translators should do their roles quietly and with cooperation. As they cannot do anything without consulting with each other.

Through this method, translators will respect each other and other opinions, and they will seek to achieve the desired aim. This will help to benefit from the whole talents which enables them to achieve more communication, unity and coherence. This will facilitate the communication among members and make and the message of the work clear. This will help translators to achieve a balance in dealing among individuals and countries from all over the world.

Translators will be as resources for each other so they will complete each other through the different languages. Every translator shouldn't stop learning, training and working to be able to complete the task well like ants which can move forwards. Translators should be a good link among different people and cultures to help them to understand and interact.

Finally, translators can tie different lines together with great efforts. So we should believe in the saying '' unity is strength and disunion is weakness".
