The picture very clearly depicts the ants performing team work. However, team work is cannot be carried out efficiently without the presence of proper networking techniques. Many researchers have carried out researches regarding the networking processes of ants that they use to communicate with each other. The results of these researches show that the networking system of ants is much more complex than networking platforms such as Google etc. They use a network of pheromones to communicate with each other which can be detected by other ants. This type of networking makes the group of ants one of the most intelligent networks possible. However, an individual ant alone is not smart but when they work in a team using their complex and remarkable networking skills, they become very intelligent as a unit.

In a similar way, translators can also learn this art of networking in order to produce better results. Any work done in a team, will be of higher level than done alone by one individual, since multiple level of checking can be accomplished by multiple people. In the case of ants too, a single ant is not smart but with proper networking in a team, they work as a unit and accomplish major tasks which are unthinkable. Similarly, translators can also form a network which consists of other translators where a single translation can be done and checked at multiple levels which will allow new and better standpoints to be incorporated.

This will in turn prove to be an effective networking opportunity which as explained earlier can prove to be advantageous in the long run of the translation business. Moreover, improving management skills is also a major part of this internship, and learning better management will also provide us with a skill set that too will in turn help us to form networks. Being a language professional, the quality of our English has also improved which proves to be helpful in content writing which is another part of the training program. Also, English is the common language which connects all of us and helps us to communicate better. Therefore, having a good command over the English language will help in strengthening relationships and create better networks.
