Every individual has his/her way of examining things and interpreting the same. He/she does depending on their respective mindset, prior knowledge and vision. There could be another version of interpretation to this picture of ‘Wolf pack and strategy’.
First let me brief you about the terms ‘wolf pack’ and ‘strategy’. Wolf pack could be referred to group of wolves that stay, eat, travel and hunt together as a family. They’re bounded together by love, respect and loyalty. Strategy is the skill to achieve planned goals by utilizing all the required resources effectively and efficiently.
In the picture, the 3 wolves encircled in red are the ones creating passage for others to follow. They’re the ones which set the pace and take that first step towards the planned goal. The 5 wolves just behind them are less experienced but possessing moderate to high level of efficiency. They are following the passage created by the experienced ones or the pace set up by them. The remaining others are following these 8 wolves. The ones in green box are amateurs. The one at the end towards which a blue colored arrow is pointed seems to be the last wolf lagging behind. But to our surprise, it is the one without whom the whole group won’t be able to function properly. It guides and directs the pace, direction and other related things. It is the one who carefully examines the threats and situations. With the sense of loyalty, respect and love for each other, unity, co-operation, coordination, sincerity and strategic planning any group can achieve preset goals.
Now, in the context of translation this analysis could be further modified. The ones who set the pace can be called as leaders who take the initiative. Behind them are their assistants following the path created by their leaders. Then if we talk about the remaining team members, they are the ones who support the entire group. The ones in the blue box are the freshers, who’ve just entered in this professional world. These all are from different language and cultural backgrounds and the one who connects them are translators. The one towards whom a blue colored arrow is pointed, plays the role of a translator, capable of communicating with the people having different language backgrounds. Without the help and constant efforts of translator the whole group cannot function properly, at least at global level. The job of the translator is a tough one; he can lead or mislead any particular discussion done between people from two different language backgrounds. He guides and directs the path to be followed. The whole group relies on the shoulder of translator; he is the controller and analyzer. He carefully examines the ongoing trends and threats and takes an action accordingly.
To conclude, I would say that it is possible only with the combined efforts of each individual of the whole group. If everyone carries out their task sincerely, a great difference can be seen. Apart from this: team work, strategic planning, respect for each other and also for each other’s work, coordination, co-operation, loyalty towards the task and firm, working effectively and efficiently, any preset objective either big or small, easy or difficult can be achieved with utmost ease.
