It is the achievement of a goal. For different people it has different meanings. For a mountaineer, it is to reach the summit, for a team of a sport, it is to win.

‘Only those who seek shall find’. The picture shows a wolf pack in the middle of their journey in order to reach their destination i.e. their aim. In the beginning, the first three are the elders, probably having the most experience. Since they have such experience, having travelled many long distances, know routes well and guide the rest. The following five and the five just before the last wolf are the fierce warriors who in case of any emergency are placed such that they can handle any sort of danger be it at the front or at the back. Those in the middle are the stem of this group. In the end, the commander, the alpha wolf has placed himself so as to keep a watch on everyone , focused, while working out every movement of the pack having a vision in mind. He has planned the structure so that everything can be managed and looked after. All the wolves are in accordance with the commander’s orders in to achieve their ultimate aim i.e. reach their destination.

‘You will never be able to hit a target that you can’t see’.

With such dedicated and devoted planning, with each member doing their assigned job, they will reach their destination.

When a certain number of people form a group and work with the best of their abilities, they become one, they become formidable and every objective is within reach.

As translators and part of translator's network, one needs to be patient and learn from the experienced and elders of this field so that they stay on the correct path. In Planning, thinking comes into action where maintenance of skills is required to have proper functioning of the process one is involved with. For translation to be effective and precise so that the messaged is conveyed in the best manner possible, proper planning is required. As part of a team it is important to cooperate and work in the best interest of what is desired. As a team, it is important to note that which individual is excellent in what aspect. This helps us to improve our skills and become the very best version of ourselves —to reach our full potential, to be successful.
