The picture "wolf pack" could be interpreted in following way: The first three wolves are the leaders, the following five are the guard of the leaders, the wolves in the middle are the common majority, the last five are the information services and the last is the chief of the information services. Like in the real life, the characteristics of them are the same. The leaders are strong, public and strongly supported by their guard and their information services. They guide the large majority on the path. The guard is prepared to defend the leaders by any enemy, based on info provided by the last five wolves. The common majority just simply follow the leaders and trust them on their way to the food. Any individual being part of majority could in time, become a guard member, especially the wolf from the neighborhood of the guard. The last five wolves communicate with the guard directly or using a wolf from common majority and send messages. And finally the lonely wolf is the wise of the group. It has a holistic perspective and it gives orders to the last five.
The relevance of above interpretation for Translators and Translators Network is as follows: if the groups of the wolves spoke different languages the mission of the Translators and Translators Network is to assure communication between groups of the wolves. They should be able to understand not only the culture of any group of the wolves but also to have the diplomacy as the carriers of messages, in order to be able to make clean translations and error free. Translators Network is a group of people which are representative for their country and culture. This is why they are able to understand each other, being united by the same passion for foreign languages. Each translator has unique abilities that could be used as contribution to community. I think that community is more appropriate to define Translators Network because a community share same goals and values. The Translators Network should honor diversity in age, culture, ethnicity, genotype, gender identity, language, national origin, political beliefs, profession, race, religion, socio-economic status, subculture and technical ability of the members. Every Translator should follow a Code of Conduct, in order not to offend any other Translator from Translators Network. Even if a Translator cannot satisfy everyone he will always work to treat everyone well. These standards should be adopted by any Translator.
