Translation has emerged as an influential service sector in last few decades. It has also evolved as a big business market. Today, project management skill is needed in every business sector not only just the IT department, science and technology sector but even in translation industry project management integration plays an inseparable role in the success and achievement of any target. Earlier with the lack of technology the language experts used to conduct their work in different corners of the world that too on their own and with the help of thick dictionaries, papers and other essentials primary and secondary documents. Now with the help of new technologies the translators and language experts across the world are able to connect and the work can be conducted easily and conveniently.

With the expansion of the system, the need of new type of management is urgent and much needed. Project management integration is basically of two types the Temporary and the Unique one. Temporary as the time duration is fixed and has a definite end. Unique means each time the content, product or service is unique, different and distinguished in some way. Another important feature which is needed to be highlighted here is the leverage feature. Whatever translation one does at present it has something to do with the past experience of the translator; means the past experience and knowledge of translator get reflected in his/her present work and meanwhile it also help translators to gain some expertise on the subject for their future reference. All these aspects are supposed to manage well by the project manager.

Project management integration system is a proper structure process with fixed steps in it. Begins with the thinking up of new idea, followed by taking initiative and doing proper in-depth planning on it. Then comes the execution process in which the idea is being executed in practical terms and waiting for the results to come out. Finally the system has to be closed. In between execution and closing one has to tightly control the system mechanism and see if anything goes wrong.  Risk management is another aspect of the project management. Risk of not meeting the target in given time frame, risk of data loss, poor quality level , lack of visibility of project procurement , inability to review the existing projects against the changing demands and requirement all are managed under the risk management system.

  1. Brunette (2000) in her article "A Comparison of Translation Quality Assessment Practices"  identifies five different procedures: (a) didactic revision, or formative revision, intended as a careful comparison of source and target texts with the aim of improving translator's skills; (b) translation quality assessment (TQA),which is related to management techniques and performed over a portion of the translated text with the aim of measuring productivity or quality according to a predefined checklist; (c) quality control, which is also an instrument for management purposes and ensures the compliance of the final translation, i.e translation as a product, with a set of requirements, norms, and criteria established in advance; (d) pragmatic revision, this is usually performed by an individual reviser who does not have contact with the translation and whose aim is to improve the final complete version; and (e) fresh look, which considers the translation as an independent text that has to conform to target readers' expectations. In practice, quality assurance in the translation industry is usually identified with certifications such as DIN 2345, ISO 9002, UNI 10574 or SAE J2450 in the automotive industry. But still, general agreement on quality standards has yet to be reached since different clients expect different services from translation suppliers: "In one case, high quality is achieved by creating a translation which closely follows the source text and in another case, by completely rewriting the source" (Mehner, 13). In the end, quality definition for language services depends on client needs, which are always "varied, multidimensional and often highly dynamic."

As the world is getting filled with the launch of new technologies every aspects of people’s life require advancement and technologically well equipped. Translation management is also very significant as it conveys the different ideas from different social background among different recipients. Every new client demands for new management strategies and if the need is not met with perfection the business will suffer.  So one has to integrate project management skill with aspects key aspect of business in order to excel.
