BRIEF PROFILE
I am Payal Sharma from Delhi. I have done my schooling from Delhi Public School, Maruti Kunj, Gurugram with 91% aggregate in 12th class and 90% aggregate in 10th class. Currently, I am pursuing my bachelor's degree in BA French (second year), from the Department of Germanic and Romance Studies, Arts Faculty, Delhi University. I have a hold of Portuguese language at the basic level as well. At school, I have achieved the second position in French International Olympiad and have volunteered many French Exchange Programs. In the past few years, I have also worked with HD Infra's and Myntra as a Content writer. I am working with an NGO "CRY" which is related to children's right to education and a happy life. Moreover, I am a voracious reader and a versatile writer with a positive attitude always. In addition to that, being a voracious reader, I love exploring other domains at the same time. Being an organized and detail-oriented person, I stick to my work until and unless it is done, satisfying both the quality and quantity of work. Considering all of this, I can adapt to any type of environment easily. I am a polyglot as I can speak English, Hindi, French and Portuguese which helps me sharpen my skills more and expand my knowledge day by day. My hobbies include reading, writing, traveling translating things from one language to another and surfing on the net to enlarge my knowledge scale. I always think that a person can learn as much as one wants to, just their will and determination is needed.

I have always dreamt to become a famous translator, the reason being; I chose to do bachelors in the French language. When I was in the 4th class and French was introduced in our school as a second language, since then, I decided to make this language as my career. Being a medical student in the school, I chose this language as I had so much love for it. After finishing my 12th, I opted for this language as soon as I got to know that I have an opportunity to become a translator. I think it's beautiful when a career and passion come together. It gets easy to achieve!
My short term goal is to join your organization and enhance my translation skills which will surely lead to me a good position in the future. I want to be the reason for the success of Modlingua and one of the responsible person in your organization growth.
My long term goal is to pursue my Master's degree in French translation from abroad. I want to keep improving and sharpening my skills such as writing and speaking skills and want to keep using my knowledge to become a helpful and famous translator. I also want to be an inspirational writer for adolescents, for which I am writing a diary of events that can be useful for the upcoming generation in this modernizing world. Furthermore, I would like to have good exposure to different languages and their culture, in order to understand the world in a better way.
