BRIEF PROFILE
My name is Drishti Jain, and I'm currently pursuing my graduation from the University of Delhi (Faculty of Arts). I completed my schooling from "Queen Mary's" and successfully served as a "Perfect" there. I was also a part of the Fine Art Society in my school and participated in many art competitions. In college, I had an opportunity to exhibit my artworks in the annual fest of PGDAV College this year. I can speak three languages: Hindi, English, and Italian. My hobbies include listening to music, traveling, reading, and drawing. Art and culture have always influenced my work till now, my love for colors and artistic avant-garde and this passion of mine along with that for travel has influenced me to opt for a language course, after studying Commerce in my high school. I specifically opted for the Italian language because Italy and India enjoy amicable and cordial relations over the years. And who in the world is unfamiliar with the uncanny similarities between the Indian and the Italian culture.
CAREER GOALS
Federico Fellini once said: "A different language is a different vision" and when I was a child, I thought that the ability to speak and understand different languages is a cerebral and a virtual delight. Now that I have grown up, I find myself having to make important career decisions I realize that I wish to become a "Children's Book Writer" and integrate my passion for art and travel. With more realistic perceptions of life, I believe that this is truly an effective way to spread happiness and love. I believe, that I will never be bored with the responsibilities that come with becoming a writer. Since I also love adventures I'll truly take pleasure in transforming a normal study process into an interesting adventure for kids. I would love to employ my artistic skills in making my books delicious for the kids to extrapolate.
Through Modlingua I would like to learn entrepreneurship and content writing skills under experienced guidelines so that I combine the meticulous elements of India and Italy!
