Brief Profile
I am Yash Sahni. I am doing my graduation from Amity University, Noida. My course is B.A- German(Honours) with French as a Foreign Business Language. Apart from this, I am doing B.Com from the School of Open Learning, University of Delhi. I did my High School at Mira Model School, Janak puri, New Delhi.
I am always very passionate about the work I do. I try to learn more things. After taking German as a language to learn, I got to know about the culture of the German people. It grew interested in me to know more about their culture and behavior towards their work and with each other. I have an additional language with german, which is French. I only know the basics of it. It is always good to learn more and more things. Knowing other languages than the mother tongue helps to communicate.
I first started learning German in School in 6th standard. At that time I learned the basics of the German language but could not continue it. I have been wanting to learn more about German so I took this course. In the Academics field, I was a part of my School‘s cricket team so I can say I am disciplined and focused on the work I do.
Career Goals
A career goal is a target and target gives a person a compelling reason to achieve it. Similarly, if the career goal for a student is set already, he/she can get a proper direction in their life. Therefore, to achieve those goals a person will strive hard. I never thought of doing a language course but then I learned the basic level of the German language in my 6th standard and liked it. Then I thought I would pursue it in the future and will learn about the language as well as the culture of the German people.
There is no definition of a good career path. It depends on person to person according to their interest. A safe career is that which provides satisfaction and fulfills the financial needs. My career goals are very clear. I have to work for an organization effectively and efficiently to ensure the achievement of the organization's goals. Since I am doing B.A- German(Honours), I would like to do the job of a translator. Also, I am doing B.Com, so I know the basics of accounting.
Achievement of career goals makes a person self confident and independent. No one should be afraid of the result after setting their career goals. Nothing can stop you if you are motivated and work really hard for that. Facing the challenges keeps you motivated and helps in self improvement.
