Himani Khera, a girl full of dreams, enthusiasm and full of life

While doing Graduation in B.com (h) from School of Open Learning,Delhi University, got keen interest in learning a language, so chose to learn French Language from Alliance Française, Delhi. Started it thinking it has a huge scope, as a teacher in School, Colleges, if not that, then as a tuition teacher too. But, getting deep into it, this language or should I say, learning a language, changes us as a person, as a thinker, from being narrow minded to broad minded. Also, got to know about the scope of being Translator and Interpretor. After completing B2 level from Alliance Française and Advance Diploma from St. Stephens College, Delhi University, I decided to go for Translation course, where we got to learn basics of Translation and Interpretation. I am also certified in Tally ERP.9 and MS Office WOW+ Program.

After Graduation, I joined Modlingua, as a Translation Management Intern. Here we got the opportunity to develop skills in various other fields, out of which, i chose, Content Writing and Citizen Journalism, Social Media Marketing, Blogging and Computer Assisted Tools (CAT Tools).

Apart from this, I've also worked with Mc Donald's, where I experienced Team Work and Customer Handling.

Currently, I am working with Cosmos International Pvt. Ltd. As a French Translator, translating Tender notices from French to English and vice-versa. Also, I am supposed to look out for Tenders and Product Sourcing.

During my Leisure, I like to read Books, Swim, Dance, Travel and Explore. I always look forward to learn new things.

I believe knowledge is power and there is no age bar for acquiring knowledge.
