| I am a student pursuing B.A.(Hons.) French, from Jawaharlal Nehru University. I am currently in my second year however, I have been studying and speaking French for the last ten years. Besides French, I am fluent in Hindi, English and basics of Hebrew (translating from print to cursive form and vice-versa). I love learning new languages and would wish to learn many more languages in the future, such as Greek, Turkish, Arabic and Korean. Apart from my interest in languages, I am extremely fond of music. I have been training in Hindustani Vocals for the past 11 years and have successfully attempted and passed 5 out of 8 levels. Furthermore, I can also play the harmonium, guitar and keyboards, although the harmonium is my primary instrument. At home, I indulge myself in some late night baking, which helps me with some peace of mind. In the outside world, I am an extrovert who loves to interact with people and make new friends. |

| After completing my Graduation in French, I wish to continue with my academics and pursue a PhD in French. I want to fund my future education with earnings and savings of my own. I wish to be a translator/ interpreter or work in the French Embassy or a reputed organization where I will give my best. I am extremely interested in the summer internship programme offered by your organization. I believe that it will provide me with invaluable learning and experience. It will give me a grounded experience of what my studies might look like in a work environment. It will give me an opportunity to meet different people with diverse leadership styles. This internship would help me manage my time more efficiently. It would also help me to develop my skills and build a strong network of contacts.
