Camilla Felicori

My name is Camilla. I am Brazilian. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy (UFMG - Brazil) and a Master's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Literature, Art, and Philosophy (UPF - Spain). I lived in Spain, Germany, Canada and Indonesia and this experience helped me to manage cultural difference and abilities in language and communication. Currently, I am working on Deluxe Entertainment as subtitle translator and proofreader. I am also a writer, with experience with content writing, creative writing, and academic writing.

Career Goals

I am seeking to develop my abilities as translator and writer through challenging jobs, showing my commitment and passion to language and communication.  My goals vary according to the area of specialization and converge to my interdisciplinary experience. I have experience in the publishing sector as a content writer and editor, in a connection between communication, words, and images. Additionally, I have experience teaching Portuguese and Spanish as the second language in different countries (Brazil, Spain, Germany, and Canada). As a language teacher, I try to awaken in the student the interest in the language and the massive network of cultural connections that knowledge of that language can provide. I also worked as a Philosophy teacher, while I tried to give the student abilities to understand concepts and arguments, always with critical thinking and the work of the Ethics.
