The video is all about leadership, team expansion, and its management and how an individual can work in that direction, and do the work for the betterment of human life and ease someone's work or life through good deeds and services. How we can work for adding values in the life of the other people. While reading an Arabic novel I found a very good line “Happiness is not to enjoy yourself, but make others happy” that is what a leader should do. We can’t achieve success and can’t make more and more money without adding value to other's life and that requires skills and knowledge, so we should focus on our skills and make ourselves so capable that people will willing to pay for that. 

While running on the path of leadership and success we will also have some obstacles and hindrance by some people and it’s very natural, what we have to do is to try to overcome these obstacles. Some examples of it have been given in the video like why we enjoy the games, it may be any game cricket or football, etc because one player tries to hit boundaries or hitting a goal and other players try to prevent him from reaching his destination. This is very enjoyable and fun to make your way to reach your destination overcoming all the obstacles. If you want to get success then you have to value your team and their efforts, for that we have to think about the ideas and thoughts that will add value to the life of people, now our life has been very comfortable and easy because of the countless number of leaders and mentors who have worked hard for making the lives of others very easy and comfortable by offering different services.

At this point I also remember the dialog of Viru Sahastrabudhhe (virus) in three idiots movie “Remember life is a race, if you don't run fast you'll get trampled”. There is competition everywhere in every field, we have to run fast and enhance our skills and overcome every obstacle. We also have to build our team and handle it like a leader, not a boss. We also know the difference between a leader and a boss, the most important thing is that boss tries to use his/her team for achieving his/her goals while a leader tries to improve the life of his/her team and other people and add values to their life. 

Lastly, we have very short time so we have to use it as much as we can and start doing our work and implementing the ideas from today itself no one has seen tomorrow. Feel energetic and be passionate about your work. And always remember that “YOU CAN DO IT”. All the best!
