This image represents one of the most important aspect of a translator’s work i.e. Synergy. We all know what a humbling exercise translation is, it shows us that no matter how much knowledge we have about the source and the target language, there’s always going to be some point where we might fail to interpret or explain an idea accurately, where we might get stuck or even if we somehow accomplish to get the right translation of each sentence and word then at least there’s always going to be a better way to express an idea that we might have expressed in a more complex or perplexing way. Thus translators, a long time ago, have understood the fact that in order to attain perfection it is wise to work in a team. The concept of proof readers emerged knowing the worth of combined efforts. The job of a proof reader is to find the errors if any as well as to find a better manner of interpreting an idea. It is both surprising and fascinating to see the meticulousness and the beauty of the work achieved which is done in a team.

There are not only proof readers and translators working ensemble but a whole big team which includes program managers, project coordinators, supply chain specialists and translation team leaders etc. Each and every member holds and carries a pivotal task. Thus, exquisiteness of a translator’s work lies not in his capability alone but in the effectiveness of his network too. Therefore, it would not be wrong to say that the team of translators is comparable to the pack of wolf as everyone has their own importance and carries their own function.

With the advent of globalization, internet and social networking sites, the world is much closer than it has ever been. Now people understands the importance of communication. The people of one side of the world are getting more and more influenced by the culture and diversity of the other side of the world. Par example, Yoga which is an Indian heritage, is nowadays also a part of the western people lifestyle; The French people, influenced by India and Africa has started using spices in the cuisine française. Thus, all of this is possible because people are now networking, they are all connected though it is obvious that without a linguist networking is futile. It is not hard to imagine the state of the world if there would be not a single person on earth who could understand or translate the language of the people living in different countries and continents. Thus globalization, internet and social networking exists because Translators exists. The world follows the rhythm of translators or we can say that out of all the other profession it is translation and interpretation which deserves to be called as Alpha profession. This might seem exaggerated but if you’ll mull over it, you’ll observe without translators no profession could expand or evolve itself. For example, it is because of Medical translators that the same medicine which for instance is invented in France could be used all over the world as translators has translated its usage, directions to use it etc. from the source language to the other languages as well. Thus, no doctor could prescribe a patient the medicines developed in other parts of the world if he himself doesn’t know its exact usage. Here, a doctor has to surrender to the ability and skills of a translator.

Also, the network of translators within themselves is growing day by day. Many freelance translators are coming together to work for single organisation and thanks to the team of Modlingua and Mr. Ravi Kumar who are leading the pack of freelance translators just like the 3 wolfs are leading the whole pack in the above picture to the world of entrepreneurship.
