These dynamics when applied to that of a translators working mind-set the remarkable organization for food is applicable in the case how a translator has to work in his/her area of expansion and growth from the beginning of getting a project till its delivery with maintaining quality standards and on time. These can be achieved in the same way as ants work together in searching, locating and gathering of the food. A translator also has to search for the possibilities which are growing in today's time and need to locate the requirement of what skill set is needful there and gather information related to the working data. Resources must also be gathered in the same way translators -multilingual, bilingual etc are the primary resources when form into a group and start working they can break any barriers and expand into an unbreakable world organization this all needs the basis network and the way it is communicated and maintained.
