Translator's first and important job is to communicate the things and matter from one language to another (from source language to target language). And only the translator is the best mean to connect with different languages,culture and thinking. As we know to connect with different states as well as country one should need to know or understand the language and feeling of other person or a culture so the only way to connect this channel one should need to communicate with their languages and it can be done only by the linguistic or by translator. 

In India, we have diversified cultures and different-different languages. So, not at international level at our national level we need to communicate with the help of translation beacuse it is difficult for us to learn all the languages. As we see in the picture Ants are helping each other and accomplishing their goal in a group. As same as that, we as a translator or interpreter need to help other to communicate and understand each other thoughts, feelings and languages. We need to make a bridge of translation for the accomplishment of any work. Together we can go further and do more. 

As Ants work in group, so we can say that groupism is the best way to create and make new things. If we as a translator or interpreter etc do things in a group or together than we can achieve our goals easily and fastly. And can communicate everything to the whole world. Everyone need a leader to work together so leadership and cooperation is the best way to go forward and complete a task. Translator Connect the world, they help in connecting people sometimes even to serve a greater purpose to mankind just like these ants are connecting each other in order to serve greater good to one another, we too need to build a big network of translators while moving forward hand in hand and staying connected. Translator have the power to connect people from world wide. This picture of Ants showing us the meaning of unity,groupism,connectivity and helping nature. Translator work between two languages,two country or two culture as a bridge and with the help of this translation bridge one can understand the feeling and communicate with each other or one another. Finally, this picture inspires many of the translator or interpreter that to achieve the goal or to get victory from anything one should need to be work in a group.
