Kumari Pallavi

Hi, This is Pallavi, a BA student of Spanish Language at Jawaharlal Nehru University. I have also completed my management degree from M.S. Ramaiah college, Bangalore. Before moving to New Delhi, I have worked at several companies. Being a good student, I got the opportunity to attend the classes conducted by the investment bank Goldman Sach which gave me knowledge about the finance sector as well as the global market.

I always had an inclination towards the corporate sector where I can use the best of my knowledge and abilities to contribute professionally towards the growth of the organization and enhance my skills in conjunction with the organizational requirements and goal.

Career Goals

Because of an innate interest in the culture and traditions of other countries, I chose to learn the language. Not only out of interest but also came to know about the professional benefits of a language into an organisation which became the main reason for me to go for language courses and Spanish is the 2^nd most spoken language after English throughout the globe. So I opted for it.

By merging my management skills and the understanding of a language, I can acquire benefits from best of both fields. With Spanish, I am also learning Portuguese in the same university as an elective language. I am looking forward to working as a translator in the business field in near future.

Via ModlinguaI can enrich my previous experiences as through this I will be able to use my knowledge of the language in work field.
