Brief Profile

An assertive, conscience, diligent and proactive human, I belong to the historic city of Meerut, situated near the capital. I am Shashi Jain, a French language teacher by profession and a learner by choice. My school days witnessed a hard-working, committed and a dynamic student in me as my scholar days were highly prolific and emerged me into an inquisitive being. My academic years well imbibed in me the art of striking a fine balance amongst the various tasks in hand and in the head , since I was the essential part of the School’s Student Council and an eminent performer in academics, securing highest in the city in my Senior Secondary Exams.

I am graduated in Commerce, wherein I acquainted myself into financial and statistical analysis, economic and taxation policies, market, and its behavior. In due course, I realized my passion for languages which drove me to learn French - second most spoken language globally after English. Alliance Française de Delhi has been my Alma Mater letting me faire- savoir  the cultural aspects of France.  I also gained a DELF ( B2) in the French language 

I subsequently enrolled into Master of English enriching self with mystic, satirical, fiction and romantic moods of renowned writers and poets. 

The compassion, empathy, and dedication of my teachers rounded me up to choose to teach as a career, fostering in me the very essence of kindness transcending me to promote group growth rather than being constricted to self.

Career Objective

With the recent radical political and socio-economic transitions in the country, I look forward as dynamism,  adaptation, and upgradation as the only mantra to achieve the goals established. Being a polyglot- knowing Hindi, English, French, and Punjabi and being from a business background I desire to establish an Indo-France entity operating on the global platform and benefiting both the nations. Modlingua for me is a venue expanding my horizons on both business dynamics and language interpretation and translation and providing me with an insight assisting me to work better towards my objectives. 

I would like to mention the unfathomable efforts of our mentor Mr. Ravi Kumar for his various endeavors to nourish the aspirants and guiding us all in multiple facets to let realize the once thought and cherish the once imagined.
