REPORT ON SUMMER INTERNSHIP AT MODLINGUA.
My experience on summer internship is very good. I have experienced many things during this internship. It is really very helpful for our carrier.
I learned how to introduce myself, talk about my interests, knowledge and skills with entrepreneurs and business owners, as well as how to ask questions and gain a better understanding of businesses not only in the co-working space, but also others in the market. An intern's goal is to gain work experience, occasionally some university credit, and always an overall feel for the industry they're interning in. Internships may be paid, partially paid, or unpaid. Internships offer me a peek into the environment you wish to work in someday. As I intern for a summer internship, i get hands-on experience of how things work in an office environment. Also, i get an idea of what job role you would like to choose when you join a full-time job. I have developed some qualities of a good intern like strong interpersonal skill, ability to multitask, punctuality, strong writing skill, effective communication and taking constructive criticism well. According to me, the benefits of internship is research experience, mentorship, help guide carrier goal, build to strong resume, secure good reference and recommendation. In experiential learning and internships, the real learning comes after the work term when i have an opportunity to think about what I saw and experienced. Reflecting back about the experience is a key to learning and it is definitely not a new idea. Communication is one of the most important professional skills you can develop. The process of seeking an internship, the work experience itself, and reflecting afterward, will all contribute to the growth of my communication skills. This experience is going to help me in my carrier. I felt very interested in this summer internship. Summer internship which is represented by Ravi sir has given many benefits for us to build up our confidence level, communication skill, writing skill etc. This is my first summer internship in my life which is very amazing and unexpected for me but later I felt that it is very useful. It is my one of the best part in my life to learn a lot of things here, for this I am always very thankful to you provide this summer internhip2021. One of the most valuable skills I l gained from an internship is the ability to speak with people in a professional setting. ... After my internship, I have a better idea of the appropriate way to behave as a professional. One of the most important things I can gain from an internship is newfound knowledge. Many students think an internship mainly consists of making coffee and running errands for superiors all day, but that is not true. And really, it shouldn’t be like that. An internship is an opportunity to test out all the skills that I developed in varsity/college and see how they work in the real world. After my internship, I have a better idea of the appropriate way to behave as a professional. This will help me a lot when you start interviewing for jobs because i will be more confident and will sound more mature and experienced in a business setting. Intern life can be tough, and you only get a short time to make a lasting impression. However, it is a great opportunity to gain experience, make friendships and learn. So work hard and enjoy your internship! In a nutshell, this internship has been an excellent and rewarding experience. I can conclude that there have been a lot I've learnt from my work at summer internship 2021. Needless to say, the technical aspects of the work I've done are not flawless and could be improved provided enough time.
One of the main objectives of an internship is to expose me to a particular job and a profession or industry. While you I might have an idea about what a job is like, i won't know until I actually perform it if it's what my thought it was, if i have the training and skills to do it and if it's something i like. Another benefit of an internship is developing business contacts. These people can help you find a job later, act as references or help you with projects after you’re hired somewhere else. Meet the people who have jobs you would like some day and ask them if you can take them to lunch. When I will apply for jobs, the more experience and accomplishments i have, the more attractive I will look to a potential employer. Just because i have an internship with a specific title or well-known company doesn’t mean my internship will help you land a nice gig. Make an impact where you work by asking for responsibility and looking for ways to achieve accomplishments. Be willing to work more hours than you’re required and ask to work in different departments to expand your skill set. Don’t just fetch coffee, make copies and sit in on meet even now I am going to complete my first internship of my life very soon. It also helps me to gain the knowledge of computer and social media through completing this summer internship. These days, knowing the knowledge of computer science is very essential and I did not know about this department as much but now it is not like this I know the knowledge of computer science department also and I am also improved my typing. This is all given to me by none of the other our head of summer internship is Ravi sir, who understand our problem and makes us confident people to do any work by any fear. One of my wish in my life is to meet with Ravi sir, provide me this platform which I want. My words cannot describe the meaning of thankful to you sir but once again I am saying to you very thank you to you sir for this platform. It was a wonderful experience for me as I managed to do new things which I never expected myself to do. I tested myself to learn many new subjects with professional help. The program helped me to deal better with the business, which is usually kept outside translation. I feel myself better equipped to deal with everything with the additional knowledge that I gained. It has certainly build more confidence in me. I was abroad for almost a month and requested Mr. Ravi Kumar to give me a little more time to complete my assignments, which he kindly accepted. It was a rewarding experience for me as I gained professional guidance through web. As I was working as well as abroad and even when I missed some things I was able to go back and check the material readily provided on Modlingua website, facebook, You tube etc. Hence ultimately I did not miss anything and I was able to learn at my own pace.
