I used to be very confident, bold, and social as a child. However, one incident of my failure, shattered all of this, when I secured the last position in a debate. Since that day, I banished the thought within me that I had the quality of public speaking and the conviction for it. I stopped participating in activities altogether. But there came a U-turn, the internship with Modlingua which inspired me to try again. It took a lot of courage, and with my heart in my mouth, I took the initiative of conducting a live webinar. In all this, I realized I do have all it takes to overcome my fears and shine bright.
One cannot easily make a U-turn on the road, but life does not stop you from doing this. You can wake up one day and just say to yourself, this is the first day of my life. I will not regret my past actions, or overthink my failures, I choose to take a lesson from them, and apply them to this new day in the life. Today, I will work hard, today, I choose to do my best. And you are already halfway to your goal.
Later in life, I got the opportunity to learn French, and I enjoyed the process so much that I finalized my aim, which is to teach the French language. Following this goal, I opted for a degree in the same, and after two years of graduation, I got the chance to teach French. I had enough command over the language, that I could easily part this knowledge with others. When it came to the fees, I realized that I was earning this money, only, because I was capable, and I was adding value to their life. One will pay you, only if you deliver good quality. People part their money, only where they gain something out of it. So you have to make yourself capable enough, smart enough, to earn this money and to show them that you are worth the precious amount they are parting with.
People will always act as obstacles, they will try to move ahead of you by unfair means, but what fun is a football match if there is no opponent team? Similarly, these obstacles, only make you stronger and wiser. Instead of condemning those people or circumstances, thank the Almighty, as he is giving you the chance to grow and learn more.
