Multi-linguist means a person who is able to speak communicate several or many languages. The number of multilingual people in the world is much higher than the one language scholars believe that bilingualism is very useful for the development of any person's knowledge and personality. Yes,I feel that as a multi linguist we make difference in society.Migration and globalization leads to a more multi lingual society more and more people are growing up in families with parents who speak different languages. Multilingual individuals are neither more nor less intelligent than others. Today, languages is viewed more as a resource.They help raise cognitive abilities of individuals. 

In whole world, India is the only place where many languages are spoken.Today's in our nation many languages are spoken,in our society different language speaker people are lived. Link language connect each other but every person is not good in link language.If someone is multi linguist he connect with many people of different languages and understand their feelings,their thought etc, and he can explain to other very easily in other languages. As a multi lingual we engage with people in our society. We understand their culture - civilization and through translation we reach it to different people and connect with them efficiently. Today, small incidents which happen anywhere, it comes on social network immediately like You tube, Facebook, Whatsapp ,Hike etc.

Citizen journalism allows anyone who wants to contribute to public debate & awareness as an active participant. There are a number of relevant motives : the intrinsic enjoyment of interviewing,reporting and writing. The civic rewards of contributing informed knowledge to larger public discussion and debate .And the reward of building an alternative institution,whether local news alternative or world wide public.

FIRST citizen journalism offers the ability to collaborate to make many small contributions to what is essentially an ongoing conversation among many people,most of whom do not know each other than through the common project.

SECOND the so called "wisdom of crowds",holds that many people know more than a few, that even experts only have limited knowledge,and that a broad open domain with many contributors will produce useful and valid knowledge.

THIRD and closely related to these is the idea of  "the people formerly known as the audience" ( Rosen and Gilmare ). This is to say that the audience for news media is no longer passive.Rather it is an active group that will respond in a continuum to the news, ranging from simple active reading,linking and sending stories to friends via email and lists and commenting on stories,to actual writing as citizen journalists. Across all these levels of activity citizen become more engaged with their communities.

An active and engaged citizenry can expand the range of topic discussed,and improve the quality and extent of information about any given issue,by opening it up to anyone involved. Citizen journalism creates the possibility for civic action to be deliberative instead of hierarchical.By participating directly in the production and dissemination of journalism citizens help,even in small ways to set the news agenda.

There are two platforms of media. One is traditional media and other is new media . above we can see that how traditional media is connected with us through tv,newspaper,radio,templates etc. Now it has become a part of our lives.Our day begins with the newspaper and ends with the TV. But today's generation begins with mobile and ends on mobile.Everyone is sticks with their smart phone,it have many benefits from where  we can know about whole world.People connect with  news, entertainment, information, content, diversity, through new media.

As a citizen journalist  & multi linguist too we use social network to spread information. But there is problem because even today most people do not have smart phone or they are not link with social site. Even in social sites there are limited people and limited resources where we put  information.But as multi linguists we connect rural people with urban people, we can tell about  their culture and civilization from this forum. If an incident occurs in the rural area,as a citizen journalist spreads this incident in urban area in there language. Multi linguists is like a bridge who connects both the edges ,its also a good platform to spread any news, cultural, activities, to inform ectfor example;- If I lived in Shillong i know everything about that place,people,how they live,what they eat,their local language,local dance,dressing etc.How can i spread this information? its easy through new media or social sites.By posting photos,video,message,email etc. 

Citizen  journalist and multi linguist too can do same thing from local place,slums,streets,urban or rural areas he understand other thoughts and explained them with the help of social sites in different languages with different people.He spreads it from one place to another,from one nation to another in few seconds,it help us for communicating,knowing each other.Now it also helps in development, we can spread our talent, we can learn, write, talk, chat, can give information - get information and As a  citizen journalist, we can try to communicate with people in other languages.
