Brief Profile
My name is Deepanshu Bhatia and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor in French and Francophone studies from Doon University. I have done my schooling at Raja Ram Mohan Roy Academy (Dehradun)with commerce as my main subject in 12th standard. After having completed 12th, I decided to go for Language studies as I think that I can explore myself to a whole new level through a different language.
Out of so many different languages in the world to learn, I chose to go for French because French is a romantic soft-spoken language and also I love the French culture and traditions. I believe that I can find a whole new version of myself in the French language. From my school days, I am a very hard-working and obedient child. I won’t say I have great theoretical knowledge about the computer but yes I have a lot of practical knowledge about it I have never studied computer since 8th but I have very good knowledge in the computer. I can operate all the Microsoft Office apps and some of the Adobe apps also. I also know the art of video editing I have learned it on the internet. I also have a YouTube channel with monetization on and have already earned some $ from that. Other than editing and computer I love theater. In my university annual fest, I have won 1st and 2nd price in 2 categories related to theatre. I have also written and enacted in some plays for my school functions.
Other than this I am a team player and I believe that teamwork Is very necessary for doing group projects. And I am looking forward to such opportunities in my life.
Career Goal
I am highly passionate about learning many new things which forces me to discover my abilities and skills. Currently, I am a second-year student at Doon University and I am pursuing a three-year bachelor course in the French language.
From my school days, I was always enthusiastic about learning new things. After having completed my 12th with commerce as my main subject, I decided to part my ways, I wanted to learn a language that always seemed interesting to me. And out of so many different languages in this world to learn, I chose French because French is a soft-spoken language plus I have always been fascinated by art and culture.
After completing my bachelor’s I wish to pursue MBA from France which I believe will help me to set my career in the right direction and to get a good post in a French company or in any other company which offers a job in the French language. But for now, I am focused on gaining as much knowledge I can get, that’s why I am doing an internship at Modlingua. This internship will not only help me in learning but it will boost my confidence too.
I believe that only study cannot build a good future for me that’s why I like to work on my skills and hobbies as well. My hobbies include event management, theatre, and editing. I also like to do voluntary work for NGOs. Work such as donating food and cleanliness drives I feel like it is a way of giving back what society gives to us.
