One of the interpretations for the given picture related to "Wolf Pack" has been given as the first 3 being the older or sick & they set the pace of the group. The following being the 5 strongest members. In the center, follow the remaining members of the pack, & at the end of the group the other 5 stronger. Last, alone, follows the alpha wolf. It controls everything from the rear. That position can control the whole group, decide the direction to follow & anticipate the attacks of opponents. The pack follows the rhythm of the elders & the head of command that imposes the spirit of mutual help not leaving anyone behind.

The Wolf Pack picture can be interpreted in many ways but one thing that it projects outright is that every community is diverse. Following this line of thought, we can very easily assume that no two people have the same skills and capabilities and that everyone has their unique selling point. This is why we need to know that efficiency of every activity is heightened if the skills of its each member is correctly recognized and the work is accordingly distributed. The key here is efficient work distribution according to the strengths of each member of the team. It is like different parts of a machine that should work in complete coordination for the machine to be efficiently operational. Thus, in a team, the importance of the leader can be recognized who supervises the work done by each member and coordinates it in the desired direction.

The same applies for the field of translation as translation is an activity which can be best done in a well coordinated team. Translation is an activity that deals with two or more languages and thus two or more cultures which can possibly from any two places around the world therefore translation requires strong networking around the globe. Therefore, the team undertaking translation should also be diverse. The four main aspects of such a team can be as reflected in the picture. The wolves leading the pack symbolizes a bunch of experienced language experts who are essential to the team for their understanding of the nuances of both the source language and the target language. They correctly pick up the nuances from the source language and can help beautify the translated text.  The following five wolves and the five at the end encircled in green symbolize the strongest members of the team that do the main translation and also guide the rest of the team. This particular group of people has strong language skills and can carry forward the team through both their skills and hard work. They are also a core of any team and the major part of their work is to guide the rest of the team. The rest of the team takes direction from the above mentioned group and put in their contribution under the guidance of their stronger team members. The last wolf symbolizes the leader of the team that keeps in check the entire team and their works. The most important work of the leader is to have one on one relationship with each of its members and coordinate their works so as to produce the final desired result. The leader guides the team throughout the task and also directs them in the right direction by laying down the framework for the task which is to be followed by each section of the team. The leader also puts together the work of each member to get the final product.
