'Despacito' is an American Spanish Song released worldwide. This word means Slowly. I keep on murmuring these days. I don't even get to the lyrics but this word is just on my lips. What could be the possibilities of this song penetrating to such extent. Somewhere Globalization is responsible for this. Other terms for this can be Internationalization and Localisation.
In continuation, I would elaborate these terms in Brief. Firstly Globalization refers to the free movement of goods, capital, services, people, technology and information. Like Opening of Pizza Retail Chains McDonald's even to smaller cities is a positive effect of Globalization. Internationalization is the process of increasing involvement of enterprise in International Market. A simple example can be the Campaign "Make in India". Its mission and objectives is being internationalized to attract foreign investors. The last one Localisation, the process of being adapting to the locale of any specific country and region. The candid way of Localisation is to meet up needs of a particular language, culture or desired population's "look-and-feel" as in the case of Apple's iPhone. Its IOS now supports Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu  which was apparently limited to English. These three terms are so closely related. Their togetherness is in such an agreement that one form is the aspect of other. Globalization is boosted form of Internationalization and Orthodoxed form of Localisation. We are in the Reference Frame of Translators. The Bigotry that they have to counter in Translation of Contents is considerably pivotal.

A General Understanding rather Misunderstanding limits a Translator and his Endeavor just to decoding a text from Source Language and then Paraphrasing it to the Target Language. But how? Word by Word or Sentence by Sentence with similar Pause and Intonation. Why knowledge of Languages are important? Idioms & Phrases spooks constituents of a Language and its barely a Stroke of Luck that the Idioms will be dominated over by the same set of Words in other Language. Translation and Interpretation shouldn't fail to deliver the Sarcasm the way its meant to be.  We must accept that Intended and Interpreted meaning must be pretty same. How far should it be apprised? Moments, a Translator is bound to condemns. At times, he faces such an issues where to meet up with the situation he has to look for Addendum. Translation Agencies such as - European Language International Association (ELIA) and American Translation Association (ATA) states, "Translation Industry is Unorganized and Translators are Immature". Despite being Game-Changer, the Translators have a Half-Baked attitude. Gone are the days when they worked behindhand. Modlingua, India's No1. certified translation and Language service providers based in New Delhi quotes, "Translators are Nation Builders". The major players in this trade are the Supreme Boss and Clients that cut a deal to the translated content de facto any errors inadvertently seen. The reason that it fails to meet the Clients desired perspective. Catastrophically, impact of Globalization is probably a huge exaggeration. The countries that sport a strong Economy enforce Underdeveloped Nations with their Language and Culture. Internationalization may have encountered certain Obstacles but is still confined to the Gullies of Trade Sanction and Deals, Patents, War Terminology, Trademarks, Contracts and Laws. Its not impossible to point out that the more a Society participates in Global Consumerism, the more they seek pleasure to protect Exotic rather the Innate.

I consider myself as a Polyglot as I know Hindi, English, Sanskrit, German and French with a bit exposure of Japanese. When and where do I use my Multilingual Skills? How knowledgeable these language makes me? I simply argue these rhetorical Statements as ,wing more than one language helped me have a keener awareness and sharper perception  of Situations. I now manipulate and handle Problems with better Sensitivity. Language Learners display generally greater cognitive flexibility, better problem solving and higher-order thinking skills. A person who speaks multiple languages has a stereoscopic vision of the world from two or more perspectives, enabling them to be more flexible in their thinking, learn reading more easily. Multilingual, therefore, are not restricted to a single world-view, but also have a better understanding that other outlooks are possible. Indeed, this has always been seen as one of the main educational advantages of language teaching” (Cook 2001). Multilingual can expand their personal horizons and—being simultaneously insiders and outsiders—see their own culture from a new perspective not available to monoglots, enabling the comparison, contrast, and understanding of cultural concepts. As being a German<>English and German<>Hindi Translator I wish to devote to certain Qualities that a Translator must have. He should have the ability to Transfer Style, Tone and Cultural Elements accurately from one language to another. He should be fluent enough to write well with deep knowledge in Technical, Commercial, Scientific areas. He should be non-judgmental and should translate without his own slant to it. Some Professional skills can be IT skills such as Computer Assisted Translation and Word Processing. Simultaneously, with Time Translation is emerging as an Industry and Translators are gaining reputation. We are spacing ourselves from Core to Applied Fields. The traditional intellect of Translator is diminishing with a positive possibility of hope and worldwide acceptance.
