Setting career goals is a very important aspect in everyone’s life. It is because we need to know what we are trying to achieve before actually trying to achieve it. It is the first step to achieve or dreams by doing consistent hard work and then our imagination about the dreams will be converted into reality.
I have had a wide range of interests from Website Development to content writing and from Journalism to language learning. While doing a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, I had many difficulties understanding the technical terms and could not learn by heart and I realized that Engineering is not my cup of tea. At that time, I had no idea of what I wanted to do in my life. So, I thought about giving a shot to foreign language learning.
I took admission for the certificate course in French language in Pune University and after successfully passing the exam, as per my teacher’s advice, I went to Alliance Française de Bombay, Nasik center for advanced French learning. There, I developed my language skills and also passed the DELF exams. As a language lover, I aim to become a professional Translator/Interpreter in a highly reputed company.
At the moment, I am pursuing B.A. (English) and I am in the final year of my graduation. After my graduation, I am looking forward to work as a Translator in the translation firms to know how the translation field works. I am also planning to learn another foreign language to keep in touch with the language learning.
Apart from the language learning, I have some ideas of launching my own website which will contain the information about the major historical events and the people from different fields who have given their contribution to world. To shape this idea, I wish to learn Website development and digital marketing. As I am passionate about starting my own business in the future, I want to pursue my Master’s in Business Management from a reputed university. With this degree, I will gain much needed skills and knowledge for starting my enterprise.
Besides this, I am exceptionally impassioned about travelling and discovering new regions. I also have yearning to do social work and help unfortunate people in the society.
