Shaista Perween

Hello! I am Shaista Perween. I am from Bihar. Since 2012, I have been living in New Delhi. I got selected for B.A programme in Spanish language in Jawaharlal Nehru University. I have just completed my postgraduation in Spanish and Latin American Studies from JNU. Learning a foreign language was really a wonderful experience in JNU because here we always met with foreigners and we shared our culture with them and vice versa.

Here, I got to know about different Languages and their amazing cultures. I realized about different Languages and their importance in our nation building. The role of languages in our nation building is very important.According to  Federico Fellini “A different language is  different vision of life”. It gives a new vision in our life and also it enhances the  personality and  thinking. Learning a new language is an amazing experience .

I speak Spanish and French. I learned many languages  here as such Portuguese, Turkish, Arabic during my B.A programme. Translation and interpretation are very amazing subject.I am really excited to learn new things in the field of translation and interpretation. 

I didn't know about Modlingua before june 2017. I read about the internship and I had filled the application form for the internship. It is a golden opportunity for me and lots of other people who is enrolled in this time. Since 2016, I have been teaching Spanish language in YMCA institute in New Delhi. 

I want to be professor of  Spanish and Latin American Studies. I love reading novels, short stories, traveling, listening music.Modlingua is an internationally reputed company involved in promotion and development of translation and interpretation. I want to improve and learn in these  fields such as 1. Project management and Quality standard 2.content writing and Citizen journalism 3. Social media marketing 4. Blogging.
